Imagine a pure, white, sand beach littered with palm trees swaying in the gentle breeze. Your feet stepping into the clearest, bluest, most dazzling, warm sea water. The sun is beaming it’s healing rays on your sun kissed skin. You put on your mask and flippers to swim a mere 10 feet to discover the most colorful, exotic, wonderful, coral reef. We are talking little red octopus, fish so many different colors and sizes I couldn’t even begin to list, little black tipped reef sharks, giant clams, lion fish, and sea creatures I have no idea of what they are called. Get out of the water and crack open a sweet coconut. While you drink it on your way back to your bure (free standing bungalow), you can decide if you want to take a nap on the hammock or on your cozy bed with the French doors open so you can feel the breeze and hear the sea lull you to sleep and then call you back again to your already dreamy reality.
Yasawa Island Resort is this rare paradise, coupled with the most luxurious accommodation, superb food, private picnics on your own deserted beach, diving, daily excursions, and service that is so heartfelt and sincere, that when they sing your parting song, you will cry that you have to say goodbye.
ROOM CHECK
1. midnight munchies:
Between all of the delicious food that they feed you all day, and the constant frolic in paradise, you won’t be disappointed that they don’t have a midnight munchie (though I wouldn’t be surprised if you really wanted one that they wouldn’t provide you with one). As well, I would like to note that at any point throughout the day, beside meal time, if you want a snack, you can get one…all part of the price.
2. roomy:
Every single bure, including the suites, are so spacious that you and your family can really spread out. Not to mention that every spot has an incredible sea view and beach access steps away.

These king size beds have a perfect mattress, the most delicious, 1200 thread count sheets, and not a bug in site (which is hard to accomplish on a tropical island). *This was one of my favorite travel sleeps.
