MEXICO CITY GUIDE: A Day in a Cultural Mecca

July 29, 2022

8:30am– Start your day with the gorgeous breakfast at your hotel, The St. Regis Mexico City.

10:30am– Arrive at the enchanting Frida Kahlo Museum  Be swept away by this incredible artist’s life and residence that she shared with fellow painter and husband, Diego Riveria.. Make sure to reserve your tickets before showing up, they don’t sell them there.

11:45– Grab a fresh coconut or mango from one of the local food vendors across the street from the museum before getting your local shopping fix at the El Bazar Sabado. This eclectic open-air market place is filled with authentic, high quality art and local goods.

1:30pm– Hungry? Head over to devour the delicious food at Los Loosers , the famous ethical eatery located in the fabulous neighborhood of Roma Norte.

3pm– Take a stroll through the tree lined neighborhood and have a coffee at any of the wonderful cafes along the way. Swing by the incredible Museo Nacional de Antropologio for more culural input.

7:15pm– Enjoy dinner at the most romantic, delicious restaurant in the city Rosetta. For sure you are going to want a reservation for this treat.

9:30pm– Head over to El Parnita to enjoy the best margarita in town. Hip, lively vibes where the great tunes are consistent.

11:30pm– Let’s Dance at ‘Departmento’! This club is designed like an apartment and therefore feels like a home.

Stay– Splurge without breaking the bank at The St. Regis Mexico City.
